Sugitani campus of University of Toyama is a campus for higher education to develop profound professionals in medicine and health related area.

Our purpose is to provide technical education as well as to promote profound and broad mindset, comprehensive discernment, and a balanced outlook, all of which are essential for the medical professions.

To accomplish this purpose, we regard liberal arts and sciences an integral part in addition to professional education.

Our campus strives to develop a systematic and consistent education based on full cooperation between both the liberal arts and professional education divisions.
